Inline measuring and inspection system | 100% inspection of complex parts

Our modular platform iQ-one was specially developed for automated measuring and inspection tasks in production plants. With a high testing speed, intelligent machine concept and robust, vibration-insulated and sealed-off design, the iQ-one inspection cell is the perfect instrument for 100% inline quality control.


A virtual 3D image (digital twin) is created for each product based on precise scan data. Configured measuring tasks are performed on each generated 3D image using the integrated inspection software iQ-vision. This allows automated and flawless quality assessment, statistical data analysis for process optimisation and detailed verifiable product traceability.

iQ-one | "Automated endoscopy" function extension


The high flexibility of the iQ-one inspection cell and iQ-vision inspection software means that, further to the 3D measuring of parts, the system is also suitable for other applications such as the automated endoscopy of openings, cavities and bores. For this purpose, inspection robots are equipped with an endoscope/boroscope. 

Simultaneous component inspection by 3D scanning and endoscopy is also possible.
