The iQ-extrusion measuring machine inspects 100% of your products in the production process and recognises deviations in real time. It is ideally suited for the automated inspection of linear components, such as extrusion profiles for battery housings and vehicle bodies. This ensures 100% inline measurement and quality control.

The milestone for 100% inline quality control

Thanks to its high inspection speed and intelligent machine concept, the new iQ-one inspection cell is predestined for 100% inline quality control. A virtual 3D image (twin) is generated for each product from the precise scan data. This enables seamless, digitalised quality control, statistical data analyses for process optimisation and detailed product traceability.
