Data protection

The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

If you contact us by e-mail, the contact form on the website, telephone, fax, letter or in person, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions until the end of statutory storage obligations. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

This may be your UID number and other specific, individual order data.

This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. An exception is the transmission of necessary information to our trusted service providers, such as:

  • to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations,
  • to our IT service providers for e.g. necessary security measures of our data (backups),
  • Service providers for the creation and administration of our website as part of website use (according to their own data protection declaration)
  • Authorities, legal representatives and courts (exclusively in case of need),
  • possibly other service providers or subcontractors who are necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations.


This is necessary to comply with legal requirements, to fulfill a contract or because of our legitimate interest. All service providers mentioned here are also subject to the GDPR. If no contract is concluded, the data stored by us will be deleted after 6 months. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the statutory retention periods have expired (e.g. warranty, product liability, retention period under tax law, etc.).

We process your personal data responsibly and only in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations.

Personal data is only recorded if you provide it, for example as part of an inquiry form or registration.

Personal data will only be passed on to third parties within the framework of legal requirements. We only pass on the personal data of users to third parties if this is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit a GDPR, on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR for contractual purposes, on the basis of legal obligations is required in accordance with Art 6 Para 1 lit c GDPR or is based on legitimate interests in accordance with Art 6 Para 1 lit f GDPR (economical and effective business operations).

Processing of personal data when visiting our website

In principle, you can visit our website without providing any personal information. When you visit our website, the information listed below is automatically recorded and temporarily stored in a so-called web server log file:

  • the date and time of access,
  • amount of data sent in bytes,
  • the name and URL of the retrieved file,

  • the browser you are using and, if applicable, the operating system of your Internet-enabled computer.

We have no influence on automated data storage. No direct conclusions can be drawn about your identity from the data collected and we will not draw any conclusions about it.

The above data is used by us for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring a smooth connection setup
  • Ensuring comfortable use of the website
  • Evaluation of system security and stability
  • Statistical evaluation of the data to optimize the website and the technology behind it

The legal basis for the processing of the specified data is our legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, which results from the purposes listed above.

Personal applicant data is processed exclusively for the purpose of filling the relevant position. For this purpose, the name and contact details as well as CVs and certificates that have been transmitted are processed.

In principle, the personal data of the applicant should not include the following information:


  • Health data (e.g. illnesses, pregnancy etc.)
  • Ethnic and/or racial origin
  • political opinion
  • Religious and/or philosophical beliefs
  • Details of sex life or sexual orientation

If you nevertheless voluntarily provide us with sensitive data, you expressly consent to the processing of this data by us for the purpose of application and recruiting. If you have applied to us for an advertised position and there is no employment relationship as a result, we will keep your application documents for a maximum of 6 months after the advertised position has been filled. A longer storage of your application documents requires your consent, which you can revoke at any time.
