With its high scanning speed, intelligent machine concept and vibration-insulated, sealed-off design, the iQ-maxx inspection cell is the ideal tool for 100% inline quality control. A 3D image (digital twin) is created for each product based on precise scan data. Further to 3D information, each scan also captures greyscale image data, combining 3D and 2D image processing technologies in one system. Defined characteristics are measured automatically on each product image. Comprehensive data archiving offers complete product traceability and the possibility of further subsequent checks on the product, even if the part has already left the factory. With the aid of integrated statistical evaluation, process deviations can be detected at an early stage and controlled in real time
